Sunday, January 11, 2015 - Good darker yellow-gold color; excellent light creme brulee, ripe apple and melon; love the baby fat texture on this wine--with good supporting mineral-acidity in the back end. Very nice, good extract, soft but structured, and high flavor concentration. Can't go wrong with this textbook Meursault.
