Good darker yellow-gold color; excellent light creme brulee, ripe apple and melon; love the baby fat texture on this wine--with good supporting mineral-acidity in the back end. Very nice, good extract, soft but structured, and high flavor concentration. Can't go wrong with this textbook Meursault.

At the Eatery: Blind: Softer melon and hard peach with slight baked apple; lemon cream, wet rocky minerality; a little bit supple and soft with supporting acidity more in the back end--caressing beautiful mouthfeel; excellent balance and mouthfeel. Really nice, and great counterpoint to the Jadot Puligny Garrenne! 92+

Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet Tasting with Etienne de Montille: Mineral on the nose. Very good intensity with long finish. Very harmonious. Everything seems to come together nicely. An excellent Perrieres with a long long finish.

Château de Puligny-Montrachet Tasting with Mr Etienne de Montille (Amoy Street): Noticeable oak on the nose, with nice stony minerality. On the palate, young and tight, but showing some stony minerality and citrus fruit. Long finish. Developing. Will improve and open up in a few more years.
