Wednesday, October 24, 2012 - Nose: sweet cherry, prunes, vanilla, some red currant. Taste: smokey notes on top of black fruits with spice and smoke. Good enough balance, could be consumed on its own or as accompaniment to food. Somewhat one-dimentional, lacking grace and personality. Still a bit closed, could do with a few years of cellaring.
