Wednesday, February 14, 2018 - Yellow/goldish slight rim variation to white/silver. Medium clarity and viscosity. Tart green apples, wet rocks, hint of lemon zest on the nose and palette. Some butter and creaminess. Great full mouthfeel and long finish.
