91 Points

Sunday, October 28, 2012 - Sobering for the world of wine. $13 and mighty impressive. Broad, floral, ripe stone fruit (not so ripe to get into red fruit territory). 9%. Peaches and quite broad for a Kabinett. I had to this point been unimpressed by 11's (much preferring 10's and 8's) but this was something. Delicious with monkfish, a soba pancake, toasted sesame and burnt greens. This is great wine for little money. I would like to taste it again in 5 years or more.
