Sunday, March 31, 2013 - Slightly fizzy. Smells of sweet citrus and flowers. Refreshingly fresh and acidic on the tounge at first. The acid delicately balances the sweetness that develops throughout the entire journey. Slightly peppery in the finish, which lasts for a long time. The acid seems to remain on the inside of ones cheeks for ever. Delicious kabinett with excellent balance.
