Monday, September 18, 2023 - Six Singing Bottles (Our Los Olivos Home): Staggeringly good (my friends think my score is miserly). Only given a 2-hour slow-ox, and may not have needed that. This bottle had it all: elegant, pretty and pure, with tremendous energy, too. A wine that demands your attention, loaded with lavender, licorice and roasted herbal notes. One taster was moved to veritable poetry: "a trifecta of aroma, taste and emotion seamlessly intertwined." There was great length to the edgeless finish.
