Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Drank w/out food. Good, but still pretty tannic & fruit hasn't started to develop too much yet (drank this alongside a 2001 Epeneaux from Pommard). This is pleasant on the palette, beneath the tannins, but it comes up w/ less goods than what the nose was advertising.
