Sunday, October 7, 2012 - Big effervescence, really bubbly. Apples and pears on the nose. This was a medium brut, not sugary, not bitter. Light and refreshing with the bubbly zing in the mouth, but just ever so creamy as well on the finish. Seems like it would be versatile, and plenty good in mimosas. But we had no issue with polishing the bottle off by itself.
