Wednesday, September 13, 2006 - This bottle showed better than a bottle opened in Nov '05. Exhibited a nice, cedary element and hint of earth on the nose indicating a bit of complexity coming with age. Medium body and mostly red fruit. Still a bit of tannin to resolve. I will try and hold my last 2 until at least age 10.
