Tuesday, March 10, 2015 - Evolved, quite deep golden colour; rich nose, earth and honey, peachy fruit, good depth but also with a hint of oxidation; dry and powerful palate with noticeable bitters, low acidity, hint of yellow apple, not a lot of varietal typicity anymore, is losing grip and feels a bit long in the tooth; good length. Should have been consumed earlier. On the basis of the 2001, 2002 and 2004 vintages, it looks as though l'Inédit is best in its first decade, but this still lasted for days in the fridge without any difficulty.
