Tuesday, January 30, 2018 - THhis is what you get when you lay down a few of these:light nose of mocha, violets and even a little wet earth. Decent body, a nicely put together mid palette of red fruits and ripe berries. Finish isn’t long, but all together a really good Tuesday night wine. Served this Tuesday with steak au poivre with whipped potatoe and roasted carrots.
