Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - 750 ml; PnP; light lemon yellow color; aromas of peaches in seafoam, a bit of stone fruits; took a while to open up, too cold at first - finally flavors of honeyed peaches, slight citrus, and flowers; acidity is in line with the flavors; this was too cold at first and took some time to wake up - I did not think I would get to the point where I liked this wine but I did get there after at least 2 hours.
