Saturday, September 24, 2011 - Almost exactly five years since my previous bottle, this was my last. Very light red in color. Still has that beautiful classic Pinot nose of cherry and raspberry with a little earthiness in the background. I think this wine was smoother and more elegant than last time I had it. This is a wonderful food friendly PN that paired perfectly with fresh Columbia River grilled salmon.
