Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - Dark brown,
The wine looks garnet colored. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Mature dark berries,but has lost some fruit, perhaps over the hill. Decanted 30 minutes, getting better with aeration. Saved half, will report tomorrow.
