Monday, March 30, 2015 - Medium golden straw with lemon nose. Off dry, mineral with a touch of rs. A little more sweetness on night one, but receedes into the background on day two with the fruit, ripe peaches, coming to the fore. Bold body for a white, a strong mineral element lends balance to a white that kicks butt.
