Friday, June 2, 2006 - This was the first bottle of the Andreen-Gale Cuvee from Flowers I have opened and tasted. It was chilled and needed to open and warm a bit to come out. A discreet nose and boquet. Taste was buttery and full, an accurate example of a Californian Chardonnay. It gained more flavor and complexity as it warmed in the glass. Great overall balance and flavor.
