Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Only given a few hours air and that wasn’t enough. A little shrill. Shows a little tar, some dried fruit. Got better with air. Still some very dry tannin. Still needs some time but give it plenty of air (>4hrs) and it’s enjoyable now.
