Friday, February 4, 2022 - Very interesting experience. Clearly we opened this a little late in it's life, even with excellent storage. No fruit left, very earthy, and signs of the concrete fermentation were present from the beginning. Even though this was clearly past its prime, the experience was surprisingly enjoyable. I would gladly try a younger version to see what happens when the fruit is still there.
