Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Aristocratic from the cork pull. Cigar, leather and old saloon dominated the perfume. Plate reflected the perfume and included cassis, sous bois with medium body. A fine and honored guest at our table tonight. If I had one wish - more fruit and this would’ve been stunning. Drink up
