Saturday, December 31, 2005 - WOW! Easily the best bottle of the night. I had been sitting on 3 bottles and was waiting for the right time to open and try a bottle of Sherwin. This was just amazing. A very well-rounded, smooth wine. With 2 left, now the problem is when to open the next?
