Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - PnP well chilled. Coral, peach color. Long, fine bubble stream. Light body/texture. Med weight/depth/complexity/finish. Big toast, some yeast, med finish. 70/30 Pinot/Chard. 13%. Drink now. D/J cellar.
