Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - Medium-dark red color. Slightly jammy aromas of cherry, allspice, sage, and tea. Flavors of black cherry, tea, cinnamon, plum, and tomato leaf. Medium-long finish with some maple notes showing. Less cloying than past bottles, which were sweeter in palate presentation. Drinking well now. Drink or hold.
