Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - The nose is a bit tight, but the palate is filled with cherry, raspberry, strawberry compote and white pepper. A bit on the fruity side, but this has admirable intensity and length. Sappy, fleshy and slightly grippy. This could improve with short term cellaring.
