Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #087; Burgundy: Vosne Romanée and Clos Vougeot. (By VD): Beautiful bouquet with truffle and mint. On the palate still some juicy fruits like cherries and plums, some spiciness, mild acidity, tannin and bitterness. Good concentration. A beautiful and mature wine and not tired yet, but will probably not improve anymore.
