Wednesday, December 30, 2009 - Dark, clear. Simple. Cherries, some vanila/oak flavors. Opens a bit, but nothing overly special. Improved somewhat on day 2 - the cherries and vanilla that was so evident have faded a bit, more integrated with the tannins. Or maybe the entire flavor is just fading.
