Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Delicious, "modified" New World style Cabernet Sauvignon, meaning with lots of extraction and residual sweetness, but with a very good level of acid and structure, a medium+ level of oak, and a nice, smooth balance. The wine lacks aromatic and flavor complexity, but is otherwise satisfying and delicious. It shows very little age, so while I'm not sure how it will develop, it surly has many years ahead of it.
