Sunday, March 23, 2014 - Last time I tasted this was at the winery in Spring 2013. I poured a small glass now for lunch, with some goat cheese, crackers and thin sliced turkey--good match for the wine. I intend to finish this later with a few other smart palates and we'll see how it goes but right now, I'd be apt to see this as Chablis, probably a fooler if served blind. Lots of rocky/flinty, apple fruit, seeming a lot like the Louis Michel cuvees I enjoy, similar to say their Butteaux. So, we'll chill it, give it some air and then see how it's received.
