Sunday, September 7, 2014 - Served with pan fried sea scallops in butter/olive oil, with dill/lemon on fettuccine, greens. Opened 30 mins ahead of dinner. Lovely smooth immediate fresh light citrus, mineral & acid, bit of fruit & grass. Opened up with more floral hints, rose even and subtle pear tones. Very fresh throughout. Medium body, medium long finish. Complemented the fresh sea scallops very nicely. Enjoyable!
