Thursday, December 18, 2014 - A bit more fruit - pear & lemon - and richness than my note from 9 months ago, which slightly deemphasizes the flint and grapefruit pith. Arguably friendlier now than then, and still highly enjoyable and food-friendly, though I found it a tad less thrilling.
