Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Good lord, there's something about those old vine grenache grapes that delivers such a magnificent, deep, delightful glass of wine!

Stunning on the nose from the off. Decanted but possibly unnecessarily, this bottle sings without much prompting.

It's got that spicy, hot hillside feel which I associate with the Southern Rhone, and its got it in spades.

Earth, dark fruit and spice. Lovely stuff.
