Monday, July 20, 2015 - Grenache 80%, Syrah 10%, Cinsault 10%

The nose is clean, med+ intensity, red cherry, strawberry jam, a lot of herbs, white pepper, cherry liquer, medicinal notes, some brett, youthful.
The wine is dry, med body and intensity, 14.5% alcohol, med+ tannins with a round texture, med acidity, a lot of ripe red fruit with strawberry and berry, balanced, sweet spice with nutmeg and clove, leather in the med to long finish.
Outstanding quality, drinking now or hold. A very classic style
