Saturday, February 11, 2012 - From a warm vintage. Dark, purplish color with loads of red and black fruit on the nose. A couple hours later a bit of barnyard, but not much. Smooth, supple wine. It almost has a California pinot profile. We'll see how this wine develops over time.
