Wednesday, August 28, 2013 - Surprisingly delicate and very easy to drink for a 2012 wine. Fruity, lots of cherries, raspberries, red fruits, and it had a rather unique aroma of banana and grapefruit. Gentle tannins. I would have mistaken this for a simple Pinot Noir if I blind tasted this. Too straightforward though; not much complexity. Perfect for a pinic. Fuss free wine that is immediatly approchable. For the price I paid, this was excellent. Go Gamay!
