Sunday, June 29, 2014 - Pale straw and lemon in the glass. Lifted aromatics of dried quince, apple skins, and almond. First thing that hits the palate is a little barely browned butter and almond skins, then I notice the medium bodied density, some chalk and barely ripe apples ride across the mid palate, then it segues to a little dose of acid, chalk and limes on the finish. Drinking nicely now.
