While it’s not flabby and has a decent acidity spine for a Marsanne, it still doesn’t have enough acidity to deliver a convincing performance. There is some honey, some floral notes and a bit of minerality. But this is not a particularly complex and especially not that well-defined. All in all, a solid wine without any exceptionalism.
