Saturday, February 22, 2014 - Highly enjoyable, very aromatic floral and light petrol, grapefruit, and salty mineral notes. Dry, light, and clean, with bright acidity and a long mouth puckering finish. Enjoyed over three days with vacuum sealing in between; it held its own.
