Thursday, July 26, 2018 - Really hitting on all cylinders right now: aromas and flavors of salty, mineral slate; tart grapefruit, unripe apricot, sour apple, and the telltale petrol with some smokey notes in the background. Very well done at the Kabinett level which I might expect more simplicity. Lots of acidity support a long dry finish. Good for 1-2 more years.
