Monday, January 15, 2007 - Strong aroma and flavor of lychee, very smooth, rich mouthfeel (the most I’ve ever tasted in a white wine!), some apparent (not actual) sweetness but dry aftertaste. Golden color. No spritz. Would pair excellently with Thai food.
