Friday, April 13, 2007 - Drank with dinner at Zazie in Cole Valley... Nice nose with some yellow/golden fruits, a hint of rose petal. Nice breadth and viscosity in the mouth, if perhaps lacking some cut and acidity. It finishes pleasantly and pairs very nicely with pasta, fish, and likely with Thai/Asain foods also.
