Saturday, April 27, 2013 - Cork crumbled to pieces in the center when corkscrew was inserted. Removed remaining rim piece with an Ah So. On the nose, lovely creme brulee, lemon and caramel and some green herbs, but on the palate the wine was so hot that the flavors were quickly overwhelmed. Wine seemed to get hotter the longer it was open and quite quickly this heat crowded out all other flavors.
