Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - South Africa WIMPS #175 27th March 2024 (La Trompette, Chiswick): Some venison carpaccio on the nose with some flecks of ginger and a little pickled walnut. Palate is peppery with some smoky sweet fruits and just a faint spritzy prickle on the tongue. Tannins a tad jagged if being picky.
