Tuesday, April 19, 2011 - Slight aroma of blackberries on the nose, and a healthy taste of them on the palete, as well. The acid in this is still quite strong, it works so very much better with a meal than as a sipper. I'm going to stuff my remaining bottles at the bottom of the cellar, may revisit one again in a couple of years. It's not the usual Rioja that I'm faintly accustomed to.
