Tuesday, February 28, 2012 - PnD. Consistent with previous note and it is filling out in the mid-palate with some bright red fruit notes. Lingering spicy finish. Should have followed my advice to have it with lamb chops as I think grilled red meat will really be a great combo with this wine.
