Thursday, August 7, 2014 - Lots of VA. Really bright and fruity upon opening. Delicious except for the weird VA. Calmed down a little over the next couple days. Left about 8 oz in the fridge for a little over two weeks, poured and let it come up to cellar temp. Wow, what a difference! Next bottles I will open, pour a little off and re-cork for 2-3 weeks. Great CdR at that point.
