Monday, November 14, 2011 - Dark brooding bottle of wine. This benefits from aeration and serving properly cooled down. The balance in the wine is impeccable and best on day 3. While dark tones from the work at the cellar prevail, it still has nice acidity to keep the wine vibrant. I think this is going to age well.
