Tuesday, August 14, 2012 - Crimson-purple, tartrates; chocolate, boysenberries, game, black pepper; ripe berry, cocoa, glycerin, lush, full body, hot, decent acidity, grainy tannins, lingering finish.
Decanted 2 hrs. Nose like a Barossa shiraz with jammy fruit and 14.5% alcohol. Big and heavy like its' bottle, needs 5+ yrs.
