Thursday, July 16, 2009 - One of the best balanced wines I have ever had. Cedar and smoke on the nose. Tar, leather, tea, currants and black licorice on the palate. Took about 5 hours to really come around. It was actually beat on this night by the best bottle of '95 Rayas I have had.
