Thursday, June 11, 2015 - Araujo Dinner, Mostly Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard (Milwalky Trace - Libertyville IL): From magnum. Lots of apple with pale berry hints (clearly some high % Pinot Noir), lots of power and good textures with sense of crunchy minerality. Good now, but I expect this will really need time to show its true potential.
