Monday, June 29, 2015 - Young but beautiful! Sweet fruit and smoke. Good taste and nice acidity and bitterness. Will improve but so good as a youngster.
6/29/2015 7:14:00 AM - I wish I knew. Buy a case and taste a bottle a year :-) But I also only have two bottles... I personally love young Burgundies. I sometimes try a 1er cru young. Not the GC's, which I keep for at least ten years. This wine will be great in 2026. But why wait? Enjoy!
6/29/2015 1:14:00 PM - Dear Kriz so why to wait? Mainly 'cause who don't know what a Burgundian 1er Cru is. Why not to add complexity? Why not to enjoy it well-aged, in that decadent aristocracy? That's the point I love the most. As you said, I've got two bottles so you're invited to open one of them on next 2026. In eleven years? That's nothing :-) Cheers!

Nice and passionate TN.
In your opinion, when is it going to peak? Around 2026?
Cheers!
