Monday, June 29, 2015 - Young but beautiful! Sweet fruit and smoke. Good taste and nice acidity and bitterness. Will improve but so good as a youngster.

    6/29/2015 1:14:00 PM - Dear Kriz so why to wait? Mainly 'cause who don't know what a Burgundian 1er Cru is. Why not to add complexity? Why not to enjoy it well-aged, in that decadent aristocracy? That's the point I love the most.
    As you said, I've got two bottles so you're invited to open one of them on next 2026. In eleven years? That's nothing :-)
